An important part of our work is to encourage, equip and enable the faithful pastors who are already ministering among the people.  In each country, we have established sponsorship programs for pastors in need.  

We have Bible training programs for pastors in Nepal, Bangladesh, Burundi and Nicaragua. We fund projects to provide goats, chickens, pigs, fruit trees and vegetable seeds and tools. These things help a pastor provide for his family and give him more time for the evangelistic work.
